Vermicelli with Lemongrass Tofu


Julienned tofu fried then wok'd with lemongrass and onions and served on a bed of vermicelli noodles with julienned lettuce, cilantro, mint, cucumbers, pickled carrots and daikon, sautéed green onions, and fresh roasted crushed peanuts. Served with our soy and onion sauce.
