Ground beef cured with lime, garlic, and thai chili and served with vermicelli noodles on a bed of fresh julienned lettuce, cilantro, mint, cucumbers, pickled carrots and daikon, sautéed green onions, and fresh roasted crushed peanuts. Served with our special house sauce.
